Exchange And Cancellation Policy Exchange Policy offers you to exchange items purchased on our website within 15 days of receipt & also provide your full refund of the product in your bank account. We will get the product exchanged to you with the same product you choose to exchange the item for the reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item. What is’s Exchange Policy?

Currently We offer only exchange and not returns. Our policy offers you the option to exchange the item purchased on our website within 15 days of receipt. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size, or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

The following rules apply to this policy:

  1. Exchange will not be accepted if the quality check does not meet the criteria such as defective item or mismatch of size
  2. All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  3. If the product does not matches, or has any defect ,we provide exchange.
  4. All our sarees are woven, so weaving irregularities are bound to come which won’t be considered as defect.
  5. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team

How the exchange policy of Works?

  1. Customers will have to mail us on our email id: marketing@sptextworld .com or on our Whatsapp number +91-9820225411 to raise the exchange request
  2. Our customer care will scrutinize if the exchange request meets our criteria of exchange.
  3. We will mail you the confirmation if your exchange request is approved
  4. After approval of your exchange request, we will schedule the reverse pick up request with our courier partners for the product you would want to exchange. On the receipt of the received goods for exchange, we will then create the shipment of your exchange request.
  5. The entire process will take 10 to 15 working days.
  6. The exchange will be done free of cost
  7. We also provide refund to customer in their respective Bank Account after the product has reached to our warehouse. Refund takes usually 2 to 3 business working days after receiving the product

Yes Aura can pick up the product for the exchange from your location with free of cost.

I would like to self ship the exchange to Aura , how can I do this?

You cannot self ship the exchange to Aura. You will have to place the exchange request and our team will get your product exchanged.

What is Aura Cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order until it has been processed ( within 24 hours of time) by mailing us on or Whatsapp number : +91- 91-9820225411 with your order details. Our Customer Care team will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

We will accept cancellation of orCurrently will not accept cancellation of orders in case of payments made by Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.ders only for payment to be made by the mode of Cash on Delivery.
